Club merch: order by 12 October 2026 (this Monday)
We’re going to place an order for club merch next Wednesday (14 Oct 2026), and we’re taking orders up to the end of the club meeting on Monday 12th. Once we place the order, it will take around three weeks before the items are ready for collection or distribution.
Options are:
- Adult: grey polo shirt embroidered with club logo, and optionally some combination of two other lines
Adult shirts are $40 each
- Youth/child: black polo shirt embroidered with club logo, and optionally some combination of two other lines.
Youth/child shirts are $40 each
- cap embroidered with club logo
caps are $20 each
Postage: if you’re a remote club member and you can’t collect in person, we can certainly post. We’ll advise costs once we have your order sized and placed. We will use the lowest cost (or your preferred) method, and add that cost to the order.
Payment: once we confirm your order, you will need to transfer the money before we commit production – options are cash or card at the club meeting, or bank transfer directly to our account.
Shirt sizes
The shirts reasonably match the sizes shown below, and experience over 5-10 washes suggests that they retain the size. If you want slightly looser, pick the next size up.

Ordering information
To place an order, please send an email to secretary@ddrci.org.au and tell us, or place the order in person at the meeting on Monday 12 October 2026.
- how many of each shirt you want and the size
- the given name you want to appear and your callsign
- how many caps you want
Each shirt can be different, so if you want to order two shirts in one size, and five shirts in another size, that’s fine AS LONG as we can accurately match what you want embroidered on each shirt
Name selection
See the photos for examples. The standard setup is your given name or nickname on one line, and your callsign below. Other combinations are possible (you might not have a callsign, or you might want a shirt for the partner OM/XYL). If you would like something special, please contact us ASAP, and we can discuss. While the choice of embroidery is yours, our vendor charges by stitchcount, so long names do cost extra. And really long names (8 characters or more) start to look a bit bulky on the shirt.
Once you place the order we will confirm receipt, and we will tell you how to pay and when we expect the money. Once the order is on-placed with the vendor, there is no change of mind or refund, so please specify carefully.
